Our plans are flexible, scalable, and custom configured to your individual company or home demands. Support services are summarized here, please see your individual service agreement for an in depth explanation and the full array of services offered. The bundled services and flat rate pricing our company offers your organization will help you level out your technology costs and intelligently and accurately budget for the future. All contract customers are offered unlimited phone, email, and remote in help desk. Onsite response times are guaranteed same day when the call is initiated before 12:00 P.M., and by next business day when the call is initiated after 12:00 P.M. However, every effort is always made to ensure contract customers receive priority service above all others. This includes the following:
- Unlimited phone, remote in, email helpdesk support
- Antivirus/ antimalware software for every covered computer (no additional charge)
- Offsite secure storage for the server up to 200gb, performed nightly
- Comprehensive IT evaluation and strategy formulation and assessment
- 1 visit per month at no charge (perform scheduled maintenance Updates, etc.)
- Discounted hourly rate for work performed onsite outside of the free visit at $55/hr
- Basic remote access configuration to designated workstations
